Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding contract between you (“Subscriber” or “User”) and Seymour Financial, LLC, the operator of OptionRun.com (“Company”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, content, and features provided through OptionRun.com.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the full legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
Free Trial & Billing
Your credit card will NOT be billed during the 10-day FREE trial period. If you cancel before your initial trial period ends, your credit card will not be charged. This is a completely risk-free offer and you may cancel at any time.
If you do not cancel before the conclusion of the free trial period, you authorize Seymour Financial, LLC to automatically charge your credit or debit card for the applicable monthly membership fee. Charges to your billing statement will appear under the company name Seymour Financial, LLC.
Account Registration & Accuracy
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information at the time of enrollment and must promptly update this information in the event of any changes. Failure to maintain accurate account information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and grants the Company the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund.
Upon registration, you will receive or select a username and password. You may not select a username that infringes upon any third party’s rights or that the Company, in its sole discretion, deems offensive, improper, or inappropriate. The Company reserves the right to modify or delete any such username at any time without prior notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use OptionRun.com solely for lawful purposes and in strict accordance with this Agreement. You are expressly prohibited from:
- Sharing your login credentials with any third party
- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content provided through the service
- Attempting to circumvent any security measures
- Using the service in any manner that could harm the Company or other users
Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and may subject you to civil and/or criminal liability.
Intellectual Property
All content, data, analysis, strategies, software, trademarks, and materials available through OptionRun.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Seymour Financial, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No license or right is granted beyond what is strictly necessary to use the service as a registered subscriber.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The services and content provided through OptionRun.com are offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice. The Company makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content, including any financial or market-related information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seymour Financial, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, and you expressly waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service following any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. It is your sole responsibility to review this page periodically.
