Subscription Information & Account Accuracy

You are required to provide OptionRun.com with accurate and complete registration information and must advise us promptly of any changes. Failure to maintain accurate account information constitutes a breach of this Agreement, and the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate your subscription and access to the Service without notice or refund.

Upon registration, you will receive a username and password. You may not select a username that violates any third party’s rights or that the Company, in its sole discretion, considers offensive, improper, or inappropriate. The Company reserves the right to modify or delete any such username at any time.

Billing & Payment Terms

All payments are due on the Account Statement Date — the monthly anniversary of the date the account was first charged following the 10-day free trial period.

By providing your credit card information and maintaining an active account past the free trial period, you expressly authorize OptionRun.com to automatically charge your credit or debit card for all applicable subscription fees on each Account Statement Date without further notice or approval.

All cancellation requests received on non-business days will be processed on the next business day. If your account is set to renew on a non-business day, you must cancel by 5:00 PM (EST) on the prior business day. It is the subscriber’s sole responsibility to understand when their account is scheduled to renew and to manage cancellations accordingly.

No Refund Policy

All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. Due to processing costs associated with digital services, the Company does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: cancellation after the billing date, dissatisfaction with service content, failure to cancel before renewal, or account suspension.

Your only remedy to avoid future charges is to cancel your subscription prior to the next Account Statement Date in accordance with the cancellation requirements stated above.

Credit Card & Payment Responsibility

All subscription fees are automatically collected from the credit card on file. You are solely responsible for updating your credit card information in the event it changes or becomes invalid. Failure to maintain current and valid payment information does not relieve you of your payment obligations.

In the event OptionRun.com is unable to collect subscription fees due to invalid or expired payment information, your account will be suspended without prior notice.

Account Suspension & Reactivation

Upon reactivation of a suspended account following receipt of payment, all previously applied discounts, promotional rates, or special offers will be immediately void and will no longer apply to your account.

Any service time lost during a period of suspension will not be credited, reapplied, or otherwise restored to your account. Your billing cycle will continue as originally established at the time of your initial subscription, regardless of any suspension period.
